At Wesa Automation, we believe training is a core component of our personnel development and is a critical factor to fulfilling our guiding principle that “it all starts with service”.  Through our continuous factory training programs, our technicians are able to stay current with leading world class manufacturer’s products and industry standards.  

Our fulltime training manager is also available to coordinate your company’s particular training requirements. We can provide on site training tailored to your operator or maintenance group’s needs.  We also offer training at our Elgin training facility (located just west of Chicago), where participants learn with live hands on demo controllers and equipment.  Training course outlines are developed to customize the course to specific requirements, with course materials provided in both hardcopy and PDF electronic format.
