From a single VFD to a full conversion
We size variable speed drives for pumps, fans and conveyors, and build servo and motion systems for positioning, indexing and coordinated machine movement. Scope runs from a single drive retrofit in the field to a complete multi-section drive conversion. The panel, the wiring and the drive parameters are handled together rather than passed between trades.
Drives are tuned on site under load, so equipment holds the speed and position the process requires. A motor that previously ran wide open draws less current and wears more slowly once the drive is matched to its load. Every parameter is documented and delivered with the rest of the project, so the next person to work with the drive is not guessing at settings.
