WESA engineers check the control system against the specifications, on your plant floor, on the machines themselves, with real product moving through them. We commission across drives, PLC programming, servo setup, instrumentation, vision systems, factory automation and process controls. Equipment we build has already passed a factory acceptance test before it ships, so field time goes toward proving the integrated system instead of fixing the basics.

Through startup, our engineers work alongside your installers, operators and project managers, on the same shift schedule. By hand-off your operators have started the line themselves, watched it run at production speed and seen how the system responds when a drive faults or a sensor drops out, so the first fault they handle on a production run is not the first one they have seen.
